HEY THERE!
Hey there! I'm Lindsay, but most folks in the online world know me as Miss Miller – the creative force behind Miss Miller's Photography. Picture this: vast plains, endless skies, and the soul of the American West – that's where my journey begins, right in the heart of North Eastern Colorado.
Now, I'm not your run-of-the-mill photographer. Nope, I'm a cattlewoman through and through, with a deep-seated love for all things bovine and a playlist that's a tribute to 90's country hits. Growing up in a family immersed in Colorado's farming heritage, my roots run deep – I'm proud to be a 5th generation beef producers and the farmers daughter!
Life's a funny ol' ride, isn't it? My childhood dreams of becoming a vet took a wild detour, steering me straight into the world of photography. But let me tell you, what a journey it's been! Leaving college was just the start. Fast forward through the bumps, twists, and turns, and you'll find me steering the ship of a thriving wedding photography business capturing love stories like no other.
But hey, don't go thinking I'm all about the glitz and glamour of weddings. Nope, when I'm not busy capturing western HEART and SOL on my camera, you'll find me and my husband, Tucker, rolling up our sleeves and getting down and dirty on our ranch in Briggsdale, Colorado, tending to our herd. It's out there, amidst the rugged beauty of our land, that I find my inspiration – a place where my passion for photography and my roots collide in a perfect, picturesque blend.
So, whether I'm behind the lens or knee-deep in cow crap, my story is one of grit, grace, and a whole lotta heart – just like catching up with an old friend over a campfire under the stars.

With my cow who’s name happens to be Chocolate AND all things made of Coco! Dark chocolate Bark Thins and chocolate New York style cheesecake are some favorites of mine!

I know they say that being a Dog Mom isn’t equivalent to being a mom of a human, but I disagree! This is Riley Roo, and I love him as much as I could love any human. Dogs are truly a gift from God.

I love sharing the truths about agriculture with the world of social media! While I don’t expect people to believe that ranchers can snuggle with ALL of their cattle, I do my best to show people just how much we care about these animals. I was always taught, just because we raise an animal for production does not mean that we cannot love and show it compassion for the best possible life!
THREE THINGS I’M OBSESSED WITH:
My Colorado Cattle Brand
“If five years ago me could see me right now, she would be so proud. I owe it to God, my past, present and future self to keep going”.
It wasn’t until my life was flipped upside down that I found photography on accident!
MY WHY…
I love freezing moments and emotions in time. To say things that cannot be said with words. To look at a tangible thing and instantly be transported back in time and remembering the feelings that pumped through your heart like it was yesterday.
Although I do love living in Colorado and don’t get me wrong the mountains are one of God’s greatest creations… honestly I think a pasture full of cattle on your family’s ranch is JUST as beautiful. So let’s go!
Meet my HUSBAND, Tucker!
More than likely YOU will meet Tucker too!
I know it sounds silly but we have been on this crazy photography journey of mine TOGETHER almost from the beginning! Tucker and I started dating the first year I tried my hand at photography. He actually bought me my first camera and laptop, not only did that help me tremendously but he also supported my decision to take a year off of college and struggle along while I started my business. What a guy!
Over the years he has tagged along with me to all of my sessions and has turned into my assistant on shoots and weddings! Tag team!
